1. Who we are (the data controller)

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you give us through the pilot sign-up form:

• Name
• Location
• What you grow
• Greenhouse size
• Phone number
• Email address
• Your message and your interest (information, pilot, testing, partnership)

We do not ask for sensitive data (health, religion, political views, etc.) and we ask you not to include such information in your message. When you visit the site, our technical providers may automatically process data such as your IP address (see section 4).

3. Why we collect it, and the legal basis

• To contact you about the pilot program and the AgRoMindTech product, answer your questions, and send the information you request.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Who we share data with (processors and third-party services)

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We process it with the help of trusted service providers, acting as processors or independent controllers:

• Google Ireland Ltd. — the sign-up form uses Google Forms, and responses are stored in Google (Forms / Sheets). The site also uses Google Fonts, in which case Google may receive your IP address to deliver the fonts.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the website (Cloudflare Pages).
• GoDaddy — domain registration and email service.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp) — if you choose to join our WhatsApp community, your WhatsApp data is processed by Meta under its own policy; joining is voluntary and separate from the form.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA: some of these providers (Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (2023) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep the form data only as long as necessary for the purpose above — for the duration of the pilot discussions and at most 24 months after our last contact with you. After that, or sooner if you withdraw your consent, we delete it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — to know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restriction of processing.
• Portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection to processing.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to contact a supervisory authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro. If you live in another EU country, you may contact your local authority.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not profile you. We use only the technical services strictly necessary to run the site, listed in section 4 (Google Fonts to display text, Google Forms to submit the form). If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to form data is limited to the people who need it to contact you.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at adult farmers and greenhouse owners. We do not knowingly collect data about people under 16.

11. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions with legal effect about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not subject you to profiling.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
